The Acting Secretary General of Kuwait University and University Spokesperson Prof. Fayez Al-Dhafiri met with officials from the Residency Affairs Department at the Ministry of Interior to discuss ways to facilitate procedures for visiting professors coming to Kuwait University, external examiners, and academic program reviewers for graduate studies programs entering the country, and to ease the obstacles they face in this regard.

The meeting was attended by the Acting Vice President for Scientific Affairs Dr. Fahad Al-Fadhli and the Acting Director of Academic Staff Affairs Department Khaled Al-Ali.

Prof. Fayez Al-Dhafiri mentioned that the meeting resulted in a clear vision for both parties regarding the procedures for visiting professors entering the country, which will positively reflect on facilitating those procedures and implementing them smoothly and easily.
