The General Secretariat of Kuwait University announces its success in renewing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, following the third external audit visit conducted by the certifying body (Bureau Veritas). The audit covered departments under the Assistant Secretary-General for Facilities Management, the Assistant Secretary-General for Administrative Affairs, and the Assistant Secretary-General for Financial Affairs, in addition to the Public Relations and Media Department and the Legal Affairs Department, with no observations recorded by the certifying body during the current or previous visits.
The current contract represents the fourth in a continuous journey spanning ten years of maintaining the Quality Management System certification, reflecting the commitment of the General Secretariat and all its departments to implementing the highest standards of quality and continuous improvement in performance and services provided.
This achievement comes as a result of the efforts of the relevant departments, in coordination with the Quality Management Office, under the guidance of the university administration in implementing system requirements and promoting a culture of institutional excellence, ensuring beneficiary satisfaction and sustainable development.
